There are many in this world who lay claim to words such as ’mentor’ and ‘coach’. But only sometimes will you meet someone who is honest in intention, thorough in preparation and good in execution. Ritesh Bhatia is one such person. He made our teachers connect with themselves and made them feel illuminated. In the process, they laughed, reflected, were wide-eyed, and sometimes moist in the eye.

Workshop by Ritesh Bhatia: "Say Hi to the I", the headline of the first page of the handout was all the workshop was about. It was truly a journey of rediscovering yourself.  With a glimpse of one experience from your life, Ritesh Bhatia revealed its alignment with our core values.  A very interactive purposeful workshop. A very well-spent day! To think that I almost missed it. All things (the change of travel plans) happen for the good and I cancelled my leave.

Robin Sharma says in his book,"Once in a while, visit yourself. " Such a simple yet important thing to do, and we often get entangled in our daily hustles. The workshop by Coach Ritesh was truly a reminder to look within and reflect on aspects that really matter! Don't just be alive. Live! A must attend session. 

I really enjoyed attending Ritesh Sir’s workshop. As a French teacher teaching Grades 7 to IGCSE-2, I found his ideas very relevant and easy to apply in my classroom. The session was interactive, practical, and full of positive energy. It gave me a fresh perspective on teaching and classroom engagement. Truly grateful for the experience and looking forward to more such sessions.
